SoundFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material (URL or Release ISRC).
  • Your contact information (Address, Phone, Email).
  • A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error (e.g., misidentification), you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

SoundFlow will terminate user accounts that are determined to be "repeat infringers." A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
